ENFP Care and Handling User Guide and Manual written by an ENFP
!! HANDLE WITH CARE !!
How to take care of your ENFP?
- if your ENFP seems exhausted and stressed, offer new experiences: ENFPs cannot handle routines for as long as the other types. living in the same routines everyday is literally lethal to us. it makes our foolish and vibrant features disappear. but when we have something new and exciting to do, it heals us very quick.
- ENFP’s love to be in the center of attention: we need a looooot of attention. So you cannot never go wrong if you give us attention. it’s an easy way to make us satisfied.
- you can’t ever compliment an ENFP too much: ENFPs take social relationships and situations way too seriously. we overthink a lot. if you compliment our personalities, for example, it takes a lot of social stress from our shoulders. sometimes we need clear validation that our presence is needed and appreciated.
- be as clear as possible when it comes to conflicts: we easily draw the wrong conclusions and overthink a lot - that’s just how our brains work. so the best thing you can do is be as clear and honest as you can.
- helping your ENFP to schedule: we suck at making accurate schedules. when they are needed, we might need help. making plans might feel trivial to the most of us because we prefer to live in the moment.
- … but it’s also important for your ENFP to improvise: we get bored easily. we are natural idealists and improvisers. having too strict plans for a long period of time can be bad for us. we have to have a possibility for creative thinking to be happy.
